About CAPWorks
For low income individuals who are ready for economic self-sufficiency and are motivated to work toward that goal.
- The individual or family’s strengths and needs are assessed, and a goal plan is developed
- A Caseworker helps the participant address issues with employment, housing, education, budgeting and life-skills
- Through goal planning, budget counseling and coordinating community or agency resources and services, CAPWorks helps individuals overcome barriers and attain self-sufficiency.
- Can work with participants for up to five years.

- At or below 125% of the poverty guidelines at enrollment.
