About Consumer Family Satisfaction Team (CFST)- Works to enhance consumer/family member involvement with the many mental health and substance abuse services available to Washington County residents.
- Employs consumers and their family members of mental health services or persons in recovery from substance abuse.
- Conducts private, voluntary and confidential face-to-face interviews with consumers/family members so consumers may freely express their concerns.
- Provides written reports of consumer satisfaction/dissatisfaction to the county, service providers and Value Behavioral Health Choices when applicable.
- Is independent of any service provider so there is no conflict of interest.
- Consumer participation in CFST surveys helps to ensure quality mental health and substance abuse services in Washington County.
