About Family Reunification Project - Intended to strengthen and support families by providing immediate and appropriate reunification services to parents and children in foster care.
- Services include Parenting Classes, Family Group Conferencing, Family Case Management, Home Visitation and Housing Assistance.
- Targets families with children or youth who have spent less than 15 months in out-of-home placement.
- Cases should be identified by Children & Youth Services at intake where reunification is likely to occur and should be targeted for this program for referral and service provision through the Family Center.
- CAS staff work closely with the CYS Case Workers to expedite family reunification.

- Have a child or children placed outside the home for less than 15 months
