CAPWorks is a program for low-income individuals of Washington and Greene counties who are ready for economic self-sufficiency and are motivated to work toward that goal.

HOUSING SUPPORT SERVICES

Housing Support Services, provided in Greene County, offer a comprehensive array of housing and homeless services to homeless and near homeless Greene County individuals and families, with self-sufficiency as the objective.

HOUSING AND UTILITIES

Housing & Utility Program provides a wide range of programs and information to help families and individuals who reside in Washington or Greene County with the rising costs of utilities and other housing related problems.
