About Supported Work Program/Supported Engagement Program- The goal: to prepare and assist public assistance recipients to obtain unsubsidized employment and to provide work opportunities for post-24 month cash assistance recipients.
- Support Coach and client have 6 months to address barriers. After 6 months, the clients can either be referred to another program or seek employment

- Contracted Job Development
- Skills Training
- Self-Sufficiency Counseling
- Workfare
- Work Experience
- Subsidized Employment
- English-as-a-Second Language
- Community Service
- Remedial Education
- Parenting For People In The Work World
- GED
- Supervised Work
Supported Engagement (SE)- Works with individuals whose barriers are so significant that immediate employment would not be advisable.
Program Eligibility- Referred by Department of Public Welfare.
